📦Order Processing & Shipping

Due to post-COVID safety measures, our team is working in small batches to prepare each order with care. We’ll ship it as quickly as we can, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide, so please double-check it for accuracy. All items are sent via USPS, and you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number from Uzuri Noni once your package is on its way.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination. Once your package is with USPS, delivery is out of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, you may file a claim with USPS 14 days after the delivery date.

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order date and confirmation info, and we will respond within 48–72 hours to help resolve the issue.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it.
